Jay and Joe both have been to our house, and they are both incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions. Pro Team is incredibly easy to schedule, with availability usually within the next 7 days, and wonderful to work with. They also give us information on the condition of our carpets and if we should consider replacing them. One of our rooms initially had very heavy, traffic related dark spots, as well as pet damage, but once Pro Team was done the carpet looked brand new.
